10 May 10 SCREENWEST MARKETING GRANT


Three Hams in a Can has received a Low-Budget Feature Marketing Grant from ScreenWest. For a micro-budget feature with a practically non-existent marketing budget, this is a godsend! This will allow us to push the film a lot stronger - keep your eyes and ears peeled.

19 April 10 THE BIENNALE OF SYDNEY


Three Hams in a Can will screen at the 17th Biennale of Sydney, the mammoth biennial Australian contemporary arts festival. This year the festival runs from May 12 to August 1;  Three Hams screens on Sunday June 20. More details to follow.

'Smell You Later' - the soundtrack to Three Hams in a Can - is now available for purchase on the Heartless Robot online store. The CD features 15 previously-unreleased tracks by Gutter Guitar (Predrag Delibasich), Chris Cobilis and Stina Thomas. Buy it here.

8 July 09  SONIC FILM AND MUSIC DOCUMENTARY PANEL


On Sunday 12th July Kenta McGrath joins local academic/musician Cat Hope and legendary music journalist/author Everett True on the Sonic Film and Music Documentary panel, as part of the Revelation Screen Conference series. The trio will be discussing the art of music documentaries and the relationship between music and film. It all starts at 10:30am at Edith Cowan University - 2 Bradford Street, Mount Lawley. $10/8 concession. Those who kept their ticket stubs from the Monday screening of Three Hams in a Can can get in for free!

Three Hams in a Can has been selected to screen at the 2009 Revelation Perth International Film Festival. We're absolutely thrilled to premiere the film in our hometown, at one of the finest film festivals in the country. The film will be screening twice during the ten-day long festival, which runs from July 2-12. See the screenings section for more details.
